  • The Director of Cost-Effectiveness & Innovation is a founding leadership role responsible for building the analytical engine at the core of OES’s mandate: generating credible and rigorous evidence of OES’s ability to deliver malnutrition treatment at an improved level of cost-effectiveness than the current system provides. The Director of Cost-Effectiveness & Innovation therefore ensures that every design decision - e.g. about what gets measured, how it is aggregated, and what counts as a key result - is traceable back to that mandate, drawing equal weight from OES’s supply chain and program delivery teams and ensuring that inputs from each are integrated into a coherent institutional narrative.
