MANAGING DIRECTOR

WASHINGTON, DC | FULL-TIME | HYBRID

The Managing Director (MD) is OES's senior program and operations leader, responsible for two core mandates: (1) advancing OES's strategy, innovation agenda, and long-term institutional development; and (2) building and leading the people, systems, and execution required to deliver OES's global portfolio with excellence. The MD is responsible for driving execution, alignment, and performance across the organization's core portfolio and global reach.

The Managing Director reports to the CEO and serves as a key member of OES's executive leadership team. The MD oversees OES's core programmatic and operational functions and is responsible for ensuring alignment, performance, and execution across the organization.
