Lauren Miller

Lauren Miller advises OES CEO Will Moore on strategic priorities, executive decision-making, and organizational execution. She supports OES through her role as Executive Advisor at the Eleanor Crook Foundation, working across teams to help translate the organization’s ambitious goals into clear priorities and coordinated action.

Lauren brings nearly 15 years of experience partnering with leaders to advance complex initiatives across organizations and sectors. Before joining ECF, she spent more than six years at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, most recently as Senior Project Manager for Innovation & Impact, where she helped advance national research and innovation initiatives. Previously, Lauren managed executive education programs for senior leaders at UC Berkeley Executive Education and led international program operations and partnerships at the University of the Pacific and Hollins University.
