Karlan Jankowski
Karlan Jankowski serves as the Director, Global Supply Chain at Operation End Starvation (OES), where she leverages strategic vision and hands-on expertise to build resilient, innovative, and cost-effective supply chain systems that advance the organization’s global mission. She brings more than 15 years of experience leading humanitarian and global health operations, specializing in complex and fragile environments. Karlan has dedicated her career to strengthening systems that ensure critical commodities reach the world’s most vulnerable populations.
Before joining OES, Karlan led supply chain teams during emergency responses at World Central Kitchen, where she directed end-to-end procurement and logistics for food aid in disaster-affected communities. Throughout her career, she has optimized public and private sector supply chains across the U.S., Africa, Central America, and the Caribbean, leveraging her expertise within USAID, partner organizations, and government agencies to drive operational excellence.
She holds an M.S. in Development Management from American University, a B.A. from the University of Florida, and began her career in service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria.
