Keisha Effiom
Keisha Effiom is Director of Contracts, Grants and Compliance at OES, where she is responsible for the stewardship of the public and philanthropic funds committed to treating child wasting.
She brings more than 18 years in international development and federal award management, including service as USAID Mission Director for Rwanda and Burundi. Her work has centered on the discipline that turns funding into results: procurement integrity, partner selection, subaward oversight, and the systems that let donors and governments see exactly what their money bought.
At OES she is building that architecture from the ground up, so that programs can move at the speed the caseload demands without cutting a single corner. She works from a simple conviction: accountability is a form of respect. Respect for the taxpayers and donors who fund the work, for the partners who carry it out, and above all for the children it is meant to reach.
