Jennifer D'Agostino is a strategic HR and talent executive with more than 25 years of experience advising CEOs and senior leaders on people strategy. She is the Founder and Principal Advisor of The Good People Company, a consulting practice that helps organizations solve critical people challenges from strategic talent planning and recruitment process redesign to talent architecture, policy development, and HR process optimization.

Before launching her practice, Jennifer served as Vice President of Talent Management at RTI International, where she led the Talent Center of Excellence supporting more than 6,000 employees worldwide and partnered directly with the CEO on executive hiring and a three-year enterprise People Strategy. She previously held VP roles at AECOM, leading global talent acquisition and HR for multinational business units and delivering more than 7,000 hires annually.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in International Relations and French from Randolph-Macon College and is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
