Erica Moroney serves as the Operations Manager at Operation End Starvation (OES), where she drives implementation of OES’s operational and financial priorities into practical systems, workflows, documentation, and day-to-day processes.

With a decade of experience in global operations management, having most recently served as Associate Director, Operations at URC, she led project operations across 20 programs in 12 countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa and Central America. Before transitioning into development work, Erica spent ten years as an educator and educational administrator in South Africa, China, and Lesotho, an experience that shaped her deep cultural and geopolitical awareness and her commitment to building relationships across diverse cultures and contexts.

Erica holds a Master's in Education with a specialization in HIV/AIDS from the University of Natal, South Africa, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
