A licensed CPA, CPCM, and CGFM, he has served as CFO for the Peace Corps, TechnoServe, and Food for the Hungry, where he drove financial growth in complex environments.

George’s extensive background includes serving as Chief Procurement Officer for the District of Columbia and Executive Director at Grant Thornton, where he led international public sector initiatives. A former U.S. Marine Corps Major, he specializes in integrating finance, supply chain, and program delivery to build resilient organizations globally.
