Sarah Winslow serves as Interim Chief Philanthropy Officer for Operation End Starvation, where she leads philanthropic strategy, donor engagement, and fundraising infrastructure for the organization’s public-private model to end severe child malnutrition.

Sarah brings more than 30 years of experience advising complex nonprofit, healthcare, academic, and mission-driven organizations on campaign strategy, major gifts, advancement operations, and organizational design. She has worked with executive leaders, boards, and fundraising teams to translate ambitious institutional priorities into clear strategies, strong donor pipelines, and sustainable philanthropic growth.

Before joining Operation End Starvation, Sarah served as Interim Chief Philanthropy Officer for Care New England and has advised institutions including MIT, Northeastern University, and the Gulf of Maine Research Institute. She is a Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising and is known for bringing clarity, discipline, and practical execution to complex philanthropic challenges.
