Erin Fritch serves as the Director of Talent & Culture at Operation End Starvation (OES), where she leads talent strategy, recruiting, and culture initiatives.

She brings more than a decade of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, and talent management, supporting organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and change. Her work has spanned global talent leadership, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, and building people programs that support organizational growth.

At OES, Erin is helping build the team and culture from the ground up. She brings a hands-on, collaborative approach and believes that effective people practices should enable organizations to move quickly without creating unnecessary complexity. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating thoughtful employee experiences, and developing the people strategies that allow organizations to grow and achieve their mission.

Erin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is based in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
